If you have dogs or children that have issues with new people, be sure to find a place for them away from potential work areas during your service. Todd is a friendly guy who has children and pets of his own, but he won’t take offense if it’s better to keep them distracted elsewhere!
Minimum charges and pricing:
At Kittyhawk Plumbing, we understand that unexpected things happen with plumbing systems, and we’re not going to compound that with hidden fees or costs. We will always give you the price up front before any work is performed, tax included, making sure you are informed of exactly what to expect when the bill comes.
Our simple diagnostic/repair costs start at $99.
The after hours/emergency call dispatch charge is $149.
Payment policies:
On most service calls, payment will be collected during the service timeframe, generally at the completion of the service. Our technician will discuss prices before work is performed, and is responsible for collecting the total once the work is completed.
As forms of payment we take cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and PayPal/Venmo. Sorry, we no longer accept chickens as we have reached the maximum allowed by our municipality.
